Made with protein and fiber-packed edamame, the Lean and Green Edamame Hummus is a wonderful and tasty twist on everyday hummus. It's great as a dip or spread on toast and sprinkled with seeds, sprouts, and paprika, yum!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupEdamame, shelled, steamed
  • 1 tbspCilantro
  • 1Garlic, clove
  • 1/4 tspCumin, ground
  • 1/2 tspSea Salt
  • 2 tbspLemon Juice
  • 3 tbspOlive Oil
  • 1/3 cupTahini
  • 1/2 cupVegetable Oil

Directions

  1. Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
