Delivery & Returns

•    Delivery
The products on NutriBullet India Store are available to purchase across India. The delivery days shall be all weekdays, with an exception to National Holidays and any other public holiday. Delivery shall be made within 5-7 business days from the time of purchase. However, depending on the billing address delivery in remote areas may take more time. The delivery shall be made by a third party logistics partner (3PL) of Frootle and NutriBullet shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of the Products. The Buyer/Customer specifically waives any claim pertaining to delay in delivery of Products.
•    Return/Replacement
All NutriBullet products are tested for quality and packed in our central manufacturing unit. Cancellation or Refund option is not possible. In case of any such requirements simply reach out to the customer care line 1800-572-6035 or write to us at care@nutribulletindia.com. Frootle reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee (up to 10%) to cover order processing charges.

The damaged goods maybe replaced subject to the policy of NutriBullet. Customer may request replacement of any new appliance/product purchased from NutriBullet India Store that is dead on arrival, arrives in damaged condition or has any major variance from the agreed specifications. Frootle reserves the right to test and inspect the appliance/product and impose a customer fee upto 50% of the product sale price and 100% of transportation cost, if the Customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any appliance/product i.e. damaged through customer misuse has missing parts or is in an unsaleable condition due to customer tampering will not be accepted for replacement.

For hassle free replacement, please ensure complete package along with packaging material is returned. Our Audit team will be checking the product for quality and specified problem once received at our central warehouse.
