Ingredients

  • 1 cupFigs, dried
  • 1 cupCranberries, dry, sweetened
  • 2 tbspGinger Root, fresh
  • 1 cupOrange Juice
  • 1 tspVanilla Extract

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients, except for the vanilla extract, in a large bowl and heat in the microwave for 4 minutes to soften.
  2. Mix in vanilla.
  3. Add all to the blender and pulse 4 times.
  4. Store in jars in the refrigerator for about a week.
